These attributes are fundamental qualities in the development of our young children as they prepare each child for the challenges of tomorrow. Perpetual Motion is proud of our teachers, both current and past, and what they have accomplished over the many years of service to Blount County and the surrounding communities.

Nancy Campbell

School Director

Nancy Campbell has more than 30 years of experience in early childhood education, including 20 years at Perpetual Motion Preschool. As School Director, she is dedicated to creating a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn. Nancy has completed TECTA training in Early Childhood Education and the TECTA Administration Small Business Academy, bringing both experience and a passion for helping children thrive.

Gary Thibodeau

Owner, Founder since 1976

Gary Thibodeau brings a lifelong passion for education to Perpetual Motion Preschool. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Central Connecticut State College and a Master of Science in Education and Physical Education from The University of Tennessee. Gary is committed to creating a positive, encouraging environment where children can build confidence, stay active, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
