Perpetual Motion staff is highly educated with specialized training and multiple years of professional experience. These attributes are fundamental qualities in the development of our young children as they prepare each child for the challenges of tomorrow. Perpetual Motion is proud of our teachers, both current and past, and what they have accomplished over the many years of service to Blount County and the surrounding communities.

Heather Stratton

School Director

Heather is currently completing her bachelor's degree in Human Services, with plans to graduate in summer 2026. She has been part of the Perpetual Motion community for over two years as a teacher and also as a parent, with her own children growing and learning through the program. With a background in early childhood education and a deep commitment to supporting families, Heather believes that curiosity, connection, and a little outdoor exploration create the best foundation for learning.
